Privacy Policy
Effective June 30, 2026
The Senkungu Group LLC (“TSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit senkungu.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to browse this site. We collect two kinds of information:
- Analytics data (collected automatically). When you visit the site, our analytics tools automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information you choose to give us. If you contact us by email or otherwise reach out, we receive whatever information you provide — for example your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These services set cookies and collect usage data on our behalf. The information is used in aggregate to measure traffic and site performance — we do not use it to identify you personally. Until you accept, we run in a cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode): only anonymous, aggregated measurement is collected and nothing is stored on your device.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google’s own handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- To understand site traffic and how visitors engage with our content.
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
- To protect the security and integrity of the site.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site — namely our analytics provider (Google) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) — and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We retain analytics data for as long as it is useful for the purposes described above, subject to the retention settings of our analytics provider. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to address your inquiry and our records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to its processing. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
